Nuvali x Fete

I recently posted a photo of my friends and I during that Nuvali road trip we had last weekend (23 June 2012, a Saturday) but I wasn't really able to blog about the experience so here goes.

One of the best things about the entire trip was the awesome company. We did silly things, took lots of photos.. in short, we had loads of fun! I rode with Karla together with Bruce, Cody and Deo; while Ruther had Judd, Paul, Willar and Japoy with him in the car.

Our famous model friends, Bruce

Yours truly. My new tattoo is peeking through my old flannel button-down. It used to have long sleeves but I thought that it would be better off as a vest so I cut those off. That was roughly two years ago. Now it's one of my favorite go-to shirts.

Willar of Salad Day.

Obligatory Karla-and-Anne shot.

Skinny Paulo Deoferio.

We decided to go on a ten-minute boat ride that costs Php30 for every person. At first I didn't want to but I also don't want to be called a kill-joy. Besides, it's not every day that I get to ride a freaking boat!

Boarding.

Judd and Willar.

Sweet couple, Willar and Japoy!

Group shot! We decided to spice it up a little bit by posing a-la Crystal Castles. We love them.

We hung out for a bit on the open grounds near the restaurants (I don't know what the place was called exactly), played an old game called "Shake, Shake Shampoo" and blew bubbles. Although I must say that I did not run around with them because I'm kind of an asthmatic.

Once we got tired, we decided to have dinner. Didn't eat much because I only had P90 left in my wallet (I gave all of it as a contribution). Hope I had more money though!
Judd and Paul trading shoes. Paul was wearing these crazy "elevator" shoes as my mom would refer to them.

After our Nuvali trip, we attended to the annual Fete de la Musique. The rock stage was in B-Side so that's where we went first. It was so hot and humid so after a few hours, Karla and I decided to go to the main stage which was located in Makati Ave. Didn't stay for long - hell, we didn't even park! There were so many people so we just went to Mercato where we ended our adventure.

All in all, it was a great day - very well-spent, too! I hope we can do this again, soon. And I also hope that when that day comes, I'll have more $$$ with me. ;)
